Fumos have very limited new releases/rereleases that are distributed online (outside of a few select stores in Japan like Akiba-Hobby). To get it directly from GIFT, you use a proxy/forwarder on their website. These only happen 1-2 times a year, for about 2 weeks each time. This is the best way to get a fumo at its proper price. That's why resale/auctions are so expensive for them, pretty artificially scarce supply of new items. The company makes Idolmaster plushes and the like most of the time.

I ordered via fromjapan and got Yuyuko and Youmu no problem, but they didn't go out of stock after a few minutes like Satori and Koishi.
