I love world's lance but I want a new weapon to farm GL from MR55 and onwards. Suggestions? So far I tried Sns from witchers quest, bow, gunlance and a bit of charge blade. Tried GS on arena with the pukei pukei and it raped me, but maybe because I only went for charges instead of hit and run

GS is fun as hell, you just need to refrain from charging unless you know you can get away with it. It hits like a truck anyway so you’ll eventually knock the monster over and have plenty of time to TCS all over its face.

Try hammer and never go back. Snipe with uppercuts and dance with the spastic lizards. Use jumping attack for cheese and combo your moves into a high stun value + tenderize attack. It's just too good

Both are equal pretty much

Guarding is very good with SnS in a pinch and if you go raw you have so little commitment to skills you can even easily max it out without losing any damage skills, just don't bother with Offensive Guard. Evade Window is also a thing since the backhops gain i-frames so you can use them do dodge and retaliate at the same time but I tried that and just never ended up making use of it, Earplugs isn't that bad of an idea either since Perfect Rush is such a long combo

Then of course you have your wide-range free meal secret route but meh
