Matsuri is or did legit want Fubuki. She did one of her bedtime streams off Youtube where she's not fully in character and actually cried over it, and not in the "over the top character acting" kind of way, just kind of sadly cried.

Vtubers do this kind of play-lesbian thing a lot but I think in this instance it was probably real. So if Matsuri is into other girls I wouldn't be surprised, but I think Fubuki was probably a special case.
