no

always has been

for the first 30 hours or so, sure. No point sticking around after you've finished the story though.

That turd of a game is one continuous mess of tedious grinding

what changed since 2018?

The gameplay is inherently anti fun

yes

Its ok

no

I want my money back Sean!!!

It's better. But not good.

>he doesn't have 10 million credits to just buy shit

Keep getting filtered

shoot rock
put rock in reactor
change planet
shoot rock
put rock in reactor
change planet
repeat endlessly

You're better off with kerbal.

>finished the story
I thought it was just get to the centre of the galaxy, turn some machine on and all do it all again in a new one

>HAHAHAHA WE LOVE THE NICE AWKWARD DEV BECAUSE HE MADE HIS GAME BARELY PLAYABLE 2 YEARS LATER AND LE WACKY
>HAHA LIES? SNOY FORCED HIM TO LIE IT WASNT HIS FAULT EVEN THOUGH HE LIED ABOUT THINGS HE DIDNT EVEN NEED TO LIE ABOUT
>AUSTRALIA MAN MADE A VIDEO ON HIM SO ALL IS FORGIVEN
This is why the gaming industry shafts gamers.

With VR, it's amazing. One of my top 3 VR games.

Without VR, it's still good, but some of the magic disappears

>we added so much content guys!!!
It's still the same boring grind it always has been. They just finally made some of the stuff look better.

I always enjoyed it as a laid back solo space exploration game. But it definitely has a lot more stuff to do now.

with only 30 hrs you just scratched the surface of it.

Is the base building good? I could probably get myself to play it if I could put together a comfy base like in subnautica or something.

wtf is wrong with you? im actually worried about you. do you need someone to talk to?

I like your base user, shame the base building interface is so fucking bad I never bother building anything elaborate, just the equivalent of a minecraft dirt house

It's a lot better but they still need to add a lot to make it great

Let me call an expert

Maybe?... Nah

Cool so they added to it. Sucks if it's not replayable though. What's the point in 18.9 gorillian planets if the game only lasts as long as AC origins before you drop it

Put me on the phone to Sean. I’ve got a few words for him

I come back every few updates to see if the game isn't the same boring trash from 2016.

It's not much better than 4 years ago. The game is still boring and most planets are often the same barren orange desert planet with the same shrubs and animals as the rest. 9/10 planets are pretty much the same. Occasionally you might find a gem amongst the mundane worth exploring.

There's still no:
>class based system
>can't fully customize starship
>can't fully customize freighter
>can't do gene splicing with plants and animals
>building base doesn't equate to nothing other than a decent wallpaper on Reddit.
>game is still a chore having to grind through minerals just to planet hop. It's a constant nagging boring feature of the game.

it just have a learning curve. once you get used to it you'll find it's better than the one in fallout 76
