Trying to play Deadly Shadows currently, a bit janky.
Invisible War sucks.
The rest are good.

Nobody likes Invisible War, not even contrarians here.

Once you get past the Garett's body having weight, it works quite well.

Invisible War was somewhat amusing, but was a HUGE letdown for me since I was expecting more Deus Ex

Reminder if you say you don't like Invisible War this retard will think you like the new Deus Ex games and will pretend the original doesn't exist and isn't objectively better.

Literally everyone likes RE4. REmake is still a better though.

Deadly Shadows and The Room are good
Invisible War is shit
RE4 is shit and ruined the franchise for many years after

Invisible War is okay if you ignore it's a sequel to the greatest video game ever made.

Invisible War is easily the worst deus ex title aside from maybe The Fall

Never played a single one of those, don't intend to do so either.
So nah.

Put Doom 3 up there and you have a perfect list.

RE4 >>> Deadly Shadows >> The Room >>>>>>> Invisible War

Based and invisible war-pilled

It's worse than the first 2 games in every way (except maybe some slight AI improvements, but nowhere near you'd expect considering how much later it came out).

You forgot the most important part.
Invisible War plays like absolute dogshit and Human Revolution doesn't.

Is this your personal collection, OP? Sounds pretty biased.

>comparing a masterpiece like RE4 to Invisible War
Fuck off.

I've never played any of those.
I watched my dad play RE4 for a bit when I was a kid
Before you say underage, you're now reminded that RE4 is 15 years old

>Deadly Shadows, the third worst Thief game is better than the second best Silent Hill

There should be a new rule that allows people to throw virtual rotten tomatoes to kids like you. Of course since hiro just wants money, it would not happen.

kill thyself. Although I will admit the room had actual vision compared to the rest of the games on the list

>implying Zig Forums isn't 90% 15 year olds
We're in the minority, old man.

How does it play like dogshit when it's the same as any FPS: wasd+ mouselook?

If anything, IW is much smoother to play, since unlike HR, it doesn't have clunky 3rd person transitions for every little thing you do.

Dumb zoomer.

No

>how do I prove the game isn't a dumbed down sequel?
>I know, I'll compare it to another sequel and pretend the original doesn't exist!!11!!1!!one!!

>third worst Thief game
There are only 4 Thief games
I think you mean 2nd worst?

RE4 is a fucking masterpiece. The Room is severely underrated. It's the weakest of the original four, sure, but it's still great.

How does the first DX being the best game contradict that image, retard? HR is dumbed down compared to even IW. It's absolutely dumbed down compared to the original DX.

What are you even arguing againsT>

I mean, go right ahead.
If you gotta seethe, you gotta seethe. I'm not the type to get upset over internet hate.
Hate away my friend, hate away

Yes. I don't know how mathematics work.
Thief Gold > Metal Age > Deadly Shadows > Reboot

That nitpicky comparison is such bullshit comparison because you need to compare the overall games rather than small details. Human Revolution is overall more closer to the original Deus Ex than Invisible War with the massive levels and environment interraction. Only true advantage IW has over HR is the worldbuilding because it's very loyal to the original DX and rewards the old fans by having the old beloved characters return. Human Revolution doesn't even look like it takes place in the same universe.

It is not funny if you aren't sad about it though

Oh
Sorry

My point is that just because other dumbed down Deus Ex sequels exist doesn't mean Invisible War isn't dumbed down and it certainly doesn't mean Invisible War is good.
