Tried playing it solo and the turn based combat felt like a mess. Maybe it's different with two pplayers idk.

I don't like the art style at all. Game would generate more interest if you could choose a different between 2-3 girls. I know I enjoy the shit flinging in Witcher threads because Yennfags are all subhumans who need to be called out on their shit taste immediately.

did you understand how the combo attacks work? the game didn't do a great job explaining it but when I played the demo you could select the same attack type with both characters and then time your release to get a more powerful version. you were kind of supposed to do the actions simultaneously, like having one defend while the other attacks, it seems really built around two player co-op. Shame I don't have anyone to play this with, i really liked the demo

Waifu war phenomenon is definitely big to exploit and totally exists outside of Japanese video games, but I think the whole appeal of this game is that it's one waifu

No, this game is completely different. You roam around as the couple collecting stuff to make into stuff and RPing two lovebirds in combat by utilizing same attacks at the same time and covering for each other.
