ive heard the Omega chair whatever was surprisingly comfortable from my friend. but you should ask yourself how you would like to sit in one and how long you sit in one.

ergo chairs, you want to sit with good posture or theres no reason to get one.

maybe you want to get a big chair so you can sit in multiple positions like cross legged, one leg on the seat, etc.

If you don't mind dropping 300+ on a chair, user, I'd suggest an Ergochair 2. I'd been using an old executive Lazboy for a while and made the switch as it was falling apart.

I thought about willfully falling for the gaming chair meme, but my back and body have thanked me for this investment. Plus, the chair is really adjustable (including a headrest) to suit your needs, the mesh is super supportive and you don't need fans like in op's example to stay cool.

If you do get an egronomic chair, I will warn, it takes some time to get used to. There will be aches and pains in places you didn't know you had and you might have a few sleepless nights, but once your body adjusts to proper sitting posture, you'll find it was all worth it in the end.
