Can't tell you exactly why you aren't enjoying them but for me part of the problem was just that I was only playing games that were addicting, not actually enjoyable. I took a break from gaming for a while and did other things, then when I came back I found it easier to ignore those addicting games and focus on ones I really liked. Started playing them again every day and enjoying them even more than I ever did before.
