I'm about 16 hours in and it seems exactly the fucking same as dark souls 1 except more shit? it feels exactly the same, and there is nothing glaringly different between the two games even though I literally just played through the 1st one to completion before playing 2. I really don't understand how the fuck people can love 1 then hate 2 so much when it's basically more levels, items, etc. I've seen people say it feels clunky but it feels exactly the fuckin same to me. They complain about the graphics but they look fine and I thought ds 1 had a lot of areas that didn't look amazing either. The DS 2 hate has to be a meme or 1 really obsessed person.

it's a SweetFX Preset, but if you played it like that would you like it? I know it doesn't change the fact that it was shipped with a lot of areas with repeating tiles and worse lighting, but, being completely honest I wouldn't have noticed those things if it wasn't for these threads because I didn't notice when I played years ago and I had never seen the e3 previews.
