It's just meh. Not completely terrible, but the ATB systems sucks dick and the story is mostly awful outside of a few character moments.

I don't think that combo even works in a regular setting, it might phase shift before that.

Besides, if damage scaling wasn't a thing in fighting games, matches would be over in seconds and defined by who managed to hitconfirm first
