Im playing SS3 atm as preparation for SS4.
I will make thread about it in the next few days.
Only The Lost Temples of Nubia feels like a Serious Sam level.
Everything else is so beginner friendly(like the first part of SS2) that I do not want to play them ever again.
its repulsive and I think the game needs to be modded from the start to be good.

been playing Sam's since the original TFE dropped on to store shelves, and I consider BFE the peak of the series. Got nearly 100 hours clocked to it on Steam.

Game play with manual reloads,something modern shooters became known for and something that you obviously don't like.
Visuals that give dust signatures(literal square texture of a sand) higher than 50 meters every time a bullet hits a spec of sand or a wall.Good luck seeing whats behind.On the good side there are plenty of walls that you can climb on and snipe everything from there.
OST is shit but the game music SirianComplex_Mystical is the peak classic SS sound.
As for your screenshot we have seen this easter egg at least 5 times now and the menu's are always extensive in CroTeam games.
I still think its one of the weakest games they ever released.
