You'll get them naturally once you start receiving WAWs and ALEPHs. Don't worry too much about stats so early into the game.

There's no reason to just yet, as farming gets way easier later on with more OP abnos and Core suppression bonuses, but it doesn't hurt

You don't need everyone to be level 5 quickly
It's hard to do when you start with level 1. Just have few so you can handle hardest abnos
But still try to do more stat farming (as much you are not burned out from it), early days where you still have no big ordeals to worry late in day

Through testing I've learned stagger recovery is kinda worthless if you're always at Max HP. In addition, 2 hp per hit allows you to use Wrath of Torment and Desperate struggle and only lose 1 hp rather than 5 or 7, allowing for big hit spams
