So im playin lobcorp barely day 13 atm, should i focus into farming the stats of everyone to V on everything or what?

None? I'm doing final run after last day 1 restart and getting 100% ending. Alot of grinding and gift farming (actually gift farming is focus). I'm lamenting that I may some times do careless mistakes I shouldn't
Like firing Magic Bullet to clear hallways from worms while forgetting that one nugget would still on that path

You'll get them naturally once you start receiving WAWs and ALEPHs. Don't worry too much about stats so early into the game.

There's no reason to just yet, as farming gets way easier later on with more OP abnos and Core suppression bonuses, but it doesn't hurt

You don't need everyone to be level 5 quickly
It's hard to do when you start with level 1. Just have few so you can handle hardest abnos
But still try to do more stat farming (as much you are not burned out from it), early days where you still have no big ordeals to worry late in day

God, I finally finished LC. Honestly, the main game loop literally puts me to sleep, but the setting and the characters are worth it.

Through testing I've learned stagger recovery is kinda worthless if you're always at Max HP. In addition, 2 hp per hit allows you to use Wrath of Torment and Desperate struggle and only lose 1 hp rather than 5 or 7, allowing for big hit spams
