I have that, and I cheated. I don't even remember what the cheat was, but I know I did it quite a lot.

It was for idling before they implemented drop limits. So you probably idled before they started keeping track.

They gave it out again for no defined reason. The whole "cheating" thing was kind of dumb though, it was literally just idling without wasting your computer's resources. Then some fag at Valve told the cheat program guy when the golden wrenches were dropping (because Valve just put it on a time table instead of rolling when people crafted), so they VAC banned him for it or some shit. Then they hired him.

Hats really were the beginning of the cancer that killed the TF2 community and Valve employees are fags.
