But hey Americans tend to fare pretty poorly by most quality of life metrics compared to other first world nations, largely because their people have been brainwashed to support leaders that treat them like dumb cattle and exploit them.
It's sad to see, really. America was responsible for some of the greatest scientific and technological accomplishments of the 20th century. It's sad to see such a truly great society decay into a land of poor exploited workers thanks to wage stagnation and the removal of social supports.
But hey I'm sure that the free market will balance itself out haha! Even if all of the research shows that things like public healthcare and subsidized education are singularly beneficial to a population, that would be communism! 100 million people died under communism which means that it's okay go go bankrupt when you break your arm! There's no alternative, no room for nuance, it's either ruthless unregulated capitalism consequences be damned or oppressive Soviet communism. Those are the only two extremes haha.
American healthcare is great I wouldn't trade it for any of your europoor systems desu. Id rather have my own room instead of a shared ward. Id rather have well paid doctors and nurses that arent stretched between thousands of patients.
Sure id rather break my arm in Europe. But if it requires surgery id rather be in the US where all the talented doctors are. Also look at the corona death rates and stand in awe at ours. Have fun dying in your shared wards - europoors.

The actual quality of American healthcare is quite a bit worse than many countries with socialized medicine. The idea that European or Canadian systems offer a poorer quality of care is not supported by data.

But don't just look at my source. There are a lot of organizations who have measured US healthcare compared to the rest of the world. The US government actually spends more on healthcare per capita than countries with public healthcare, yet its citizens still have to pay outrageous amounts for healthcare that isn't better than those public systems.
The wait times to see specialists, patient outcomes and quality of life, these are the supposed benefits of private healthcare. And yet the US is totally unable to compete with many countries with Public healthcare.
So not only are you spending a shitload of money on your healthcare, you're getting the same or often worse care than if you lived in a country that would give you comparable or better care for free.
It's a lie, user. You've been brainwashed. Public medicine is provably better.
