McDonalds!

If retards has some modicum of self control it wouldn't be an issue.

Capitalism

This is why you pirate games

capcom was like "hey you want an easy mode? than give us your money"

*then

Because retards buy it

Because someone, who hates video games and loves money, that makes decisions at Capcom pulled Itsuno into an office and said "you have to put microtransactions into the game or we're not letting you make it"

just capcom things.jpg

yeah this
And then moralfags pretend games shouldn't be pirated. Why is this board so full of shill.

Are orbs in game currency and are the rest p2w moves? I know nothing about this game.

Red orbs are normal currency, yeah
blue rise your HP

The normal DLC section in Steam is not enough for this shit, they need a separate fucking storefront.

Every single shit of that is cosmetic stuff that don't affect the final product, is cancer sure, but anyone who buys it is retarded.

God damn why crapcom can get away with this bullshit, meanwhile everybody shat on based metal slug defense? now metal slug attack is just another gacha. i hate you, world.

Because whales are a thing OP, they will actually throw cash at shit like that
>new mount for FF14
>its literally a chocobo carriage that can hold 4 ppl
>35 fucking shekels
>log in
>immediately see someone riding it

jews

There's two kinds of DLC there, actual content and microtransaction shit.

Actual content is as follows, and all of it is included in the "deluxe" edition of the game which was like $10 more.
>The music track packs are self-explanatory, just alternate music you can play in battles
>The alt title and style rank calls similarly just switch around voice-overs that occur throughout the game
>Live Action cutscenes replaces the game cutscenes with silly live-action demo reels the dev team did for the cinematics team to show what they wanted them to look like.
>The last six items are bonus or alt weapons for the characters in the game with unique moves

The last of that set is the only actual bullshit content lock in the game, and unfortunately you really do need to buy (or mod in) that content because it's pretty good shit.

All the stuff from Alt Heroine Colors on up is just shit you can unlock by playing the game normally but you can buy it (either once, or multiple times for the orbs) if you're a retard who wants to unlock the content without beating the game.

You want DMC6 eventually right?

Pic related is 540 BurgerBux.
At least you get to pick and choose. Not defending this shit (this was 4 pages of DLC) - just saying at least you can buy it piecemeal.
Also, DCS has nearly 2,500 USD worth of DLC.

Same thing happens under any economic system user. It's the human element that drives this.

DOA games are even worse.
What's great is that if a whale buys ALL the dlc dresses the game straight up refuses to start as it can not load all the shit.

Wow.

>540 USD
>488 USD
Looks like kiwis are paying a 50 USD foreigner tax.
Lame.

No
And I never asked for DMC5. Crapcom can insert it in their rectum. 4 was a perfect ending, and probably designed to be that, since you basically beat god and shit in it.

it's a free market

It's actually pretty heavily regulated, but hey, you keep on thinking it's free.

>charging for a hime cut
Capcom should fucking die for that.

He is american, no use arguing or telling him shit.
>le free market, except not. the big companies either buy the small ones or do anything in their power to keep their monopolic control. But hey, freedum!

Sure user. Show me the instances of this happening under anarcho-primitivism.

>retards keep buying it for years
>game devs keep selling it because it makes money
I don't like it but this sort of shit is what happens when an industry gets big
Blame stupid kids and casualfags with no taste or self control being easily manipulated into giving up their money

just use a trainer or something lmao

Show me a successful, functional, modern 'anarcho-primitive' market, with a thriving video game industry first.
