I just got a Saturn from Japan with like 11 games, 2 controllers, light gun, and fight stick for really cheap ($60). The discs were all flawless on the back, and the console seems to be really well maintained. I read online that people often have trouble getting their cartridge slots on these things to read carts, but this one is doing it perfectly with no need to retry. It WAS marked as tested, though.
