The DLC scenarios are really good and each character has a unique playstyle.
That said I wouldn't say it's necessarily worth buying a Vita just to play it, not unless there's other Vita games you want. You can play Dragon's Crown and Odin Sphere with it, for one thing.

A lot, really. The Wii version's translation is very poor but serviceable. However, the DLC episodes really add a lot to the game and lore/background of certain characters.

It took me an embarrassingly long amount of time to realize that eating food filled spirit that you used to pay for new swords and skills.
Some of these caves of evil can fuck right off though. I hate the waves of 100 enemies so much.

The vanilla characters are the most boring to play as and the game suffers from going on for too long with not enough enemy variety, the dlc avoids overstaying its welcome due to each one being pretty short.

I couldn't get into this game, it's too repetitive. I have it on Vita and after finishing Momohime's story I was tired of it and didn't even care to play Kisuke.
