It's not about classic fags, it's their cocky anti-authorianism that irks me. How dare someone actually tells them somethign that is factually true, as proven by recent sub numbers. Of course the whole crowd had an emotional knee-jerk reaction and celebrated the first month of vanilla with a general "sticking it to the man" undertones, blissfully unaware that any launch of new (or old) content will have a big influx of players just checking it out, that will inevitably dry out very quickly. But for most people it was never really about WoW classic anyway, it was just to prove "evil Blizzard" wrong after what they said about people not actually wanting it, and that nostalgia is just blinding them. They are scared because another version of the game exist where they can bring all their mounts and cool transmogs they have prob worked there entire life to achieve. Its got to be pretty disheartening seeing your lifes work become completely overshadowed but some old version of the game.

okay bootlicker, lots of people still play, the biggest problem with classic was that blizzard changed alot of the wrong things, and left others to fester, the release schedule of raids should have been months faster, AV should have been in its earlier incarnation, not the zoomer fest it currently is, premades should have been banned from encountering pugs unless there's not enough premades to actually compete with each other etc.
Games still fine, got plenty of pop, now AQs out there's finally enough content to keep people entertained, but nax better come soon, 6 months is too long as is.
I'm still waiting for wrath really, sad i'll have to wait another couple of years minimum for it..
