Ehh, I kinda enjoy watching other people play games I just finished, but mostly reserve it for when I'm too tired to play vidya.

I enjoyed forsen playing trough dark souls, it was really fun.

Why would i watch a video while drawing? Id rather listen to music and draw.

Even the very best JRPG ever made plays like a miserably stuttering anime, so I just scrub through the beginning, some boss fights and the end in 20 minutes. I miss nothing.

I don't think there's anything wrong with it personally. I just have zero desire to keep up with content creators. I'll watch silly compilations from people but never subscribe or check in on their work. I suppose the only one I sort of did this with 4playerpodcast years ago.

I've unironically gone from boomer to zoomer when dealing with new games because I draw for my job and like to put on playthroughs while I work. I did emulate Earthbound and Mother 3 in middle school though at least.

I only watch games that are somehow designed to be more fun to watch than play.
This is mostly games like overwatch, Dota, dead by daylight, etc.
I play more games then I watch, and mostly watch only when away from my comp.
"Why would you watch others play games when you can play them?"
This is why I prefer to play sports rather then watch it. I don't get the Superbowl and the like for this reason.
