I didn't realize the game was this open. Its basically a metroidvania after you get the hook shot

OOT is the most fun game to sequence break ever if you care too. Going through the entirety of the desert with only 3 hearts after jumping the fence with like 4 hours of Chicken Jump practice was immensely rewarding.
Too bad you have to get the arrows to complete both the fire temple and water temple though, there's ONE eye switch in Fire Temple that locks you out totally.

I had the same issue back in 2010
it was foggy everywhere and I must've clicked on every block in the game but nothing happened
I clicked on a tree a hundred times and didn't make a dent in it

Navi tells you to check up on her after entering Kakariko Village for the first time, you go back to Kokiri Forest and everyone tells you she's at her "normal spot" in the Lost Woods
If you decide to ignore Navi and head on to Goron City, Darunia tells you he wants to listen to a song that's "green and natural". There's a tunnel within the city that leads to the Lost Woods with Saria's Song playing from it, a clear indicator where you need to go.

Of course, you probably already know all this and you're just shitposting.
