I had a mini-heart attack when I was playing a ranked multiplayer game so I'm laying off it for a while. Recommend me relaxing games that wont get my blood pressure up

Sven CooP - XP mod

Steamworld Dig is pretty chill and relaxed.
Death Stranding is nice
some people say games like stardew valley and Slime Rancher are relaxing but I find them boring because you're doing the same thing over and over and over and over again. Maybe consider giving those a go since a lot of people love them.

Eating less

Drink hibiscus flower water to lower blood pressure. Take a break dawg. We will see you later.

Synchronize your headset while standing up then just sit down while playing

welcome to retirement. single player welcomes you brother.

Stardew valley

i would say you should exercise but the mere thought of that would give you another mini heart attack

what the fuck is a mini-heart attack op, did you actually go to the hospital or did you self diagnose that the weird thing you felt in your chest was some kind of heart attack. I'm interested because I sometimes get what I feel like is a heart attack, even at resting, strange feeling.

based

Thank goodness there was a reddit meme wojack that you could have used to tell us your faggot-ass sob story.

idk fatty maybe football? try not inhaling 12 hamburgers before you go online again

You can still walk, fatty

I weight 56 kg

not op
If you are unfamiliar with what heartburn symptoms feel like it could be that, a mild sharp burning pain. Just from my own experience I would say that is the most likely cause of chest pain. 2nd I would say you could have something up with your lungs, bronchial obstructions from a minor infection could give you some chest pains as well. After that it could possibly be muscular pains in your chest for whatever reason, could have pulled something without realizing it. I think both of these are a lot more likely than you having any sort of cardiac event(not to say you shouldn't check if you have additional symptoms or consider medical attention)

If you really were having cardiac arrest you would also have shortness of breath, numbness and pain shooting down your left arm, etc.
If you're a moderately healthy young guy I think it is unlikely, though.

then you should have no problem running in place like a normal human being unless you have some preexisting condition.

kek

I don't but every single fatty I know has some kind of a knee problem

Probably because of the extra weight on top of the joints there.

Swimming is the key.

Pretty much this. Found out I had GERD after having a panic attack from the pain, so I'm taking medicine for it, plus had to change diet regardless. Salads before a meal or even an apple helps a lot. Plus avoiding chocolate and coffee.

Turning 30 sucks but oh well.

Most anything there will ease your nerves. Stay away from the AoE and Starcraft threads.

Just translated it to burger units
boo fucking hoo, I weigh 84 kilograms at 1.8288 meters (6ft for my fellow muricans) in height and I have asthma. Unless you're arthritic and more frail than a wine glass you have no fucking excuse.
