Have Kefka as a major villain, the kind of evil psychopath that makes the other Disney villains take a step back. Everyone of them wants to rule the world,
but Kefka just wants to end everything.

Have a scenario where Riku and Kairi are seemingly killed, and Sora starts busting out KH 2 skyscraper-slashing shenanigans. Kefka tries to push him into darkness, but Sora just goes into a very quiet Tranquil Fury- the kind where you can tell someone's furious when they're not even raising their voice. This should be the only point in the game Kefka looks worried at all.
