xc2 is okay for what it is. The cast is definately stronger than the first games, the gameplay is a step up, though I prefer xc1 plot and world. Only really peaked during chapter 3s climax and the xc1 callbacks like Malo's Manodo and Klaus on the clock. I just want 3 to be X2. It makes the most sense thematically (especially naming wise XC3: X2) for the conduit to end up on Mira and be the source for the fuckery going on there. It would also be the perfect opportunity to tie up any and all loose ends. But Monolith appears to be busy with something else medieval looking. Whatever it is I'm on board. They've had a great track record thus far. Better than those clowns over at Gamefreak.
