Even the reference 3090 isn’t particularly lengthy, about as long as many high end three-fan designs. It WILL be extremely thick though to facilitate the ridiculous cooling solution the card needs, but unless you run a mATX case like some faggot or have other PCIe cards, it’s a non-issue.

I could understand owning an average pc for pc-only games like some RTS's and CRPG's, but why the fuck would you ever go all in on pc? In my mind pc is exclusively a side thing while one of the latest consoles is the main gaming device.
I really don't see a point to pc gaming personally.
You could build one that's on par with modern consoles but what's the point of that? You either go big and dwarf modern consoles in performance (which a very low percentage of people do) or you fuck off. But again, that's just how I feel.
