It's a literal arcade port without PC button adaptation, and literally no settings. sasuga 573, arcade loaders are better.

There's a rebind screen in-game (push numpad4 at song select).
They also added a timing adjust! First time for pop'n. Wow!!
For anyone starting out still in the thread, make sure to turn Guide SE off in the song setting (song select->confirm>push both yellow->push numpad0 for more options)
And put some Hi-Speed while you're at it.
