The quirks of the child are often related to the quirks of the parent, but not universally so. Furthermore, the mutations can vary wildly in strength, though it's implied they trend upwards with each successive generation.
Endeavor had to have 4 kids before he got one that was maximum fire and maximum ice like mother and father.
Therefore any child of Toru's may be completely invisible, completely visible, partially invisible, or MORE invisible.
Partial invisibility could come about via translucency, or only singular invisible sections to their body (e.g. invisible arms).
More invisibility means the child could have an invisibility field that extends beyond their body and can cloak other things. It's hard to tell exactly how Toru's invisibility works (I've put a lot of thought into it since this is my honest to god fetish but even so I admit that Horikoshi probably put less thought than I have into manipulation of one of the fundamental aspects of reality i.e. the behavior of electromagnetic pathing).

Endeavor tried to breed both the Mom and Dad quirk into his kid, but he failed 2 times before it happened. The older brother and sister only have ice quirk, I believe. So I'd say there's an equal chance (40%) to only get 1 parent's quirk, and a smaller chance (20%) to get both parents' quirk.
If the offspring gets both parents' quirks, he/she would either be half invisible, invisible half the time (blinking) or have the ability to turn invisibility on or off.
Not 100% sure about this because I'm not a nerd.

So, it appears that quirks are a single allele flag forming a classic punnett square. Therefore it's a simple 50% chance whether the kid gets your quirk or not, 25% chance to have the quirks of both parents or be quirkless.
However, BnHa being what it is, only 20% of people are supposed to be quirkless, not 25%, which doesn't fit. I don't think Horikoshi put the genetics into thought.
