When this game started, I thought it was really kino until near-late game, then I thought Kojima was a hack and it was overrated. Then towards the ending I thought it was one of the most kino games ever made.

I do find myself wanting to just walk around in this game and do meaningless shit quite often actually but I wouldn't say it's kino whatsoever. I like Sam but my investment in the narrative department ends there.

Just because YOU happen to enjoy it does not give you lawful authority to call it a superior class of game that far outclasses the usual classics, let alone every other game. You want to enjoy gaming, play more games. Play classics, play titles in every top 10 list of specific genres or unique activities, not top 10 shooters or platformers. Play stuff that isn't "cinematic Sony exclusive". Don't box yourself in the Sony cult.

ziplines make the game boring. i'm not sure why there are so many people who say "build ziplines or you'll suffer" how did you guys even make it up to this point? ziplines just make it so you don't have to play the game anymore which is what makes it boring, not fun.
