no it doesn't. they already confirmed you have to re buy spiderman to get the ps5 version. you don't get the free upgrade if you have the ps4 version. you don't even have the ability to use PS+ paid cloud saves to bring your ps4 saves over to ps5. i have that game platinumed 100% and i want my save to carry over but those decisions contributed to me ditching sony for xbox next gen.
