Do "Attack" boons work on charged primary attacks and/or dash attacks?

Yes, they generally do. I noticed that the Hades Spear spin increases attack / special damage but doesn't increase the spin itself which I think was weird.

How do I win game without Cursed Slash?
Furtherest I come was with spear, but died in labirtins because of poison. I honestly don't want to abuse some op builds, but play for fun.

i didn't get any hidden aspects until post 50 runs, fists is annoying but gun is easy since you should just talk to zeus

i'd argue cursed slash isn't even particularly good unless you have a lot of hp/fast attack to tank all the damage
just practice and experiment: crit-fishing, stacking dodge on fists, vengeful mood + vengeance boons, aphrodite's legendary on gun/fists etc.
the only really op thing is (chaos) shield because nothing beats 100% block

I mean, I can't win with other weapons since there is no HP regen and I'm too casual to not facetank/deflect damage.

Did you beat it ten times for the ending then get the Olympus family gathering epilogue by bonding the Olympians? If so you can probably put it down but there's a lot of fun post-game content to be enjoyed.

that build personally worked for me when i was on autopilot because i obliterated everything in a second save for bosses and minibosses

I tired crits once, it was pretty awesome, but died like a retard because of rats. There were too many of them and I haven't deflect so I died of poison.

I don't like weapons with charging mechanics like bow attack for example. And it seems like shield is good because of special attack only.

The special part is perhaps true for the Chaos aspect. Zagreus fists give native dodge chance if that's more your thing.

The hitboxes on theseus's spear are sometime jank as fuck. Was sitting on the other side the blue pillar baiting his throws and its murdered me with like 7cm on screen difference

Anything that uses the attack button is considered an "attack". That goes for the shield's charge, the spear's spin, and all dash attacks.
