Replace Puff with a gen 3 or 5 Mon, Pichu with a different gen 2

Lucina/Chrom/Corrin for Celica/Leif/Hector

Young Link for any Zelda character from a Zelda game not represented in Ultimate

Remaining cuts can be redistributed elsewhere
