Why did it die out? Same as all other games where multiplayer is the only possible mode and you have to rely on a kot of other people to play.

season 2 should have been a whole new set of maps. each season should have a complete new rotation and then they should have made like 3-4 seasons and then just had those rotate and called the game done.
