There's no game collab(at least that's what i've know), there's no tie-in games - like with new series, ova's and a FUCKING 3D FEATURE FILM.
I don't want to replay the ps2 games, they are mediocre, but PLEASE - I NEED A NEW LUPIN GAME.
Fuck, even a mobile game would be good, fucking gacha, a puzzle game, something.
Same thing with City Hunter(but with 20 years of zero games), but AT LEAST Ryo was in Jump Force.

I'm assuming years means like around 5 or so, user. If we're talking 3 or 2 then we could be here for a while naming 30 billion anime's. Fighterz isn't really all that old, and it's still getting DLC and Season 3 was a pretty solid chunk of changes to the game as a whole which made it very fresh.

Crybaby is fucking trash, except for the music.
The visuals aren't highly polished and the style just doesn't work for Devilman. Fucking yellow blood pinatas what a joke. The gore was so lame and boring, when the apocalypse hits it feels almost comical in how poorly it's portrayed.
Ryo got ruined and Miki's character is so fucking bad remembering her ebin twitter post still makes me cringe.

Slayers had its 30th anniversary this year and has re-exploded in popularity in Japan, having the main light novels continue despite ending back in 2000. Lina's long since had a restaurant cross-over, a hotel cross-over, multiple video-game cross-overs, and now has multiple accessories and a perfume(?) available just in this year alone.
J-Novel, a Western source for translated light novels, is re-translating all of Slayers' main light novels, fixing the mistakes that TokyoPop didn't care about, and will potentially release light novels never shared in the West outside of fan translations.
So, yes, it's the best time to get back in to Slayers.

Basically all of them bar DBZ, and it only has good games because there's fucking loads of them and some of them stick.
I honestly wonder why there's never been (to me knowledge) an Arkham Asylum situation where a studio who loves a property doesn't pitch a game to the rights owners without any sort of tie-in or promotional goal behind it. Just a really good core gameplay loop that captures the spirit of the IP, that gets rolled out across the whole series' timeline.

Try to move the goalpost all you like; the game is still released years ago while DLC/Season Pass or any other jew practice to milk money out people will only give you the idea of being relevant.
