I've actually done a lot of thinking about this. Supermutants are sterile, but have extreme regenerative abilities. If enough cells made their way into a woman's uterus, would they embed themselves and use her blood supply to regenerate into a new supermutant? Would they revert to a fetal state or would they regenerate into a fully formed clone of the original? Does the mother get FEV? Does she get regeneration? Does she get converted into a supermutant? Could you split a supermutant in two and get two new half size mutants if you keep the halves nourished?
