I swear every patch switches the balance of power between good and evil from one extreme to the other. I remember a time where Von Carsteins would get wiped out within the first 5 turns in almost every game, and now they tend to dominate the map. Sylvania would make much more sense as they start with a stronger region, but Von Carsteins seem to be the dominant one.
