I want to talk about Kirby.
Do you like Kirby, Zig Forums? What's your favorite Kirby game?

I don’t like kirby because he is fat

Either squeak squad or amazing mirror, I love the flagship games

Squeak Squad is great, I always found it underrated. I wish they'd have brought the bubble ability back though I suppose gimmick-wise it was pretty tied to that title.

I booted up td and pr a few days ago and have been relating since
I got all the cubes in td and I got a platinum in the first two Dedede drum rhythm game levels, but the 3rd and extra are too difficult ro get more than gold.
I did two of the kirby fighters modes on ver hard, archer and fighter.

A few minutes ago I got all the cubes in robobot. Not sure what else to do... I just watched the cutsenses

Still can't beat the true arena without amiibo cheesing

Crystal Shards ability blending mechanic is so fucking good, i have no idea why it was never brought back

I always really liked animal and I don’t understand why its never reappeared.

I don't know about the newer games, but the true arena was easy as hell to cheese in Super Star Ultra with the hammer ability

My favs are Super Star and Air Ride, although I also love Adventure/Nightmare in Dream Land and Planet Robobot.

I love Kirby Superstar, although I think I like the OST for Kirby's Dreamland 3 just a bit better.

He cute

amazing mirror overall but epic yarn is just so damn comfy

This

My top 5 in no particular order are Adventure/Nightmare in Dream Land, Super Star (Ultra), Epic Yarn, Planet Robobot, and probably Return to Dream Land. Also, Block Ball is very underrated.

I've been buying the dub anime DVDs and enjoying them. I don't know why besides collection's sake since I have the series on my computer though.

Super Star (Ultra)

My top five are
>Crystal Shards
>Dream Land 3
>Adventure
>Super Star (Ultra)
>Star Allies (ver. 4.0)

Best to worst, I've played all the main games except Robobot.
I think my opinion on Star Allies is really different from most people because I got it after it received all its updates. I can see why it was so reviled when it was still in vanilla but that wasn't my experience with it. It was a cute multiplayer Kirby game where Players 2-4 could have as much fun as Player 1 via the Dream Friends, rather than sidekicks with far more limited capabilities, and got a lot of mileage out of said friends in its post-game story and in a surprisingly meaty beat-em-up arcade mode. I got more mileage out of Guest Star than any other game in the series over the past two decades, 40 characters is staggering for the kind of game it is and it honestly suited Kirby's versatile combat system better than a basic platformer.

I wanna poyo Kirby

There are things Star Allies still has that is not fixed with updates, namely the terrible level design and easy difficulty of the main campaign. Another Dimension rectifies this, but that's a side mode. I'm tired of Kirby games using side modes as a justification for a lackluster single player.

I can agree with that, I like Kirby a lot more when it's a puzzle platformer which is why I'm drawn to the Shimomura games and didn't really care for Flagships or Kumazaki's at all.
But the emphasis on Star Allies' multiplayer for the main campaign salvaged it enough where I came around to it, the open areas and strings of enemy encounters work better in that environment.

I like Kirby as well.
>KPR
>KSSU
>KaTAM
>Kirby Air Ride
Are my favorites.

anyone want the fic?

I'm afraid to ask, so I won't

Grabbed the Art and Style book off of Amazon while it was $16. Fun little nostalgia romp.

It's Kirby being a male prostitute to the male reader for cake.

But why

Fuck if I know. Someone's gotta do it?

Kirby's been my favorite since I was a kid, but I haven't been having as much fun with the games as of late, and Star Allies legitimately bores me. Am I just growing out of them?

"Growing out" of them? Are you 15? You can just not enjoy something as much as you used to.

Poyo!

Meta Knight sequel when?

Tastes change. I haven't tried any new Kirby titles since Canvas Curse, and I'm not really interested in trying them out. The last Kirby title I played was passing the time on my GBA with Amazing Mirror. Great series of games, still love the little guy.

For me, im waiting for the next main Kirby game that will be its true full foray into 3D (i loved Blowout blast).

Kirby 64. When Adeline and Ribbon were revealed for Star Allies I grinned for two days straight

The only other Kirby stuff they did was Tiff from the anime.

I already know that, but still Prostitute Meta Knight Sequel when?

Probably not. I was told on Discord that another Kirby thing would either be more Tiff or a sequel to that first one with Kirby using copy abilities.

>Probably not.
Well that kinda sucks, but I guess it's understandable. If they go for the copy abilities route have they gave any hints as to what ability Kirby will have?
>spoiler
I'm tempted to ask what discord it is to know more, though I haven't used the damn thing in so long that I don't know if it's worth it to go back there.

Amazing Mirror should be remade into a 3d remake with local/online multi

>they gave any hints as to what ability Kirby will have?
Doctor is the only one I know of, but there's going to be more supposedly. I can give you the Discord, I doubt Goombario#8692 will care anyway.
