Painting faces or otherwise decorating bots is soulful and adds character to them, even if it is satire about politicians.

Does it have simulation of gyroscopic foces? I recall some drumbot's pilot commenting on how hard it is to drive when spun up, for example.

I loved Robot Wars as a kid and remember one of my first experiences of the internet being trying the browser game on my dad’s computer after the show.

I also remember our national host of the show killed himself between seasons.
