Yes. I'd say it's somehow worse than it was on launch. Some people are saying the same thing, some are saying that "it works on their machine". Mine is definitely 15 to 20 FPS below what it used to be before the 06 patch.

nah, on any settings there was contant stutter/freezing during the entirety of the game and on certain areas the fps dipped massively even on med-high
no idea about now but ill just assume they fixed nothing

Stuttering is a completely different issue than performance. Yes I completely acknowledge that the game shipped as a technical disaster but the idea that its "unoptimized" because anything higher than original runs like shit is pretty stupid.

About the performance, I think it's fixed. I just downloaded the latest drivers for my GPU and it's much better. I have a 1080 and I can play at downscale 4k on high settings 30 FPS or 2k 60 FPS. It still dips on towns but it happens since launch.
