Balmora temple in Morrowind. It's on a lovely hill and the sunrises overlooking the city are nice to chill and watch.

that spot doesn't exist anymore because they got some summer interns to "improve" graphics and they just added ton of clutter, trees and bushes everywhere, completely ruining the landscape
I downloaded this recently but I have no one to play with.
Is it worth just exploring by myself?

For exploration's sake, if you like the books and know the story then it's cool
But playing it alone might be boring
They gutted basically all the group content a half dozen years ago, so you can do pretty much everything in world. Groups really only come up with the super old storylines and instances.
It's also fairly slow at leveling. Getting to cap without buying XP pots or destiny points would take at least a week of play time.

Don't forget that one salty Dunmer wiped out Vvardenfell and caused the majority of his people to die or become refugees, 11 years after Morrowind (5 years after Oblivion), because his wife's soul was one of the many fed into the machine keeping the Ministry of Truth in the sky until they could come up with a better solution.
