It isn't
Because Sega is retarded. Why do you think all their talent left ship?
It didn't translate to 3D well when they made Adventure, but for some reason treat it as if it did instead of trying to change it.
>Sonic Generations E
just fuck off
>E
HAHA good b8
Sonic 06 is my favorite game
Because a sizable chunk of the fanbase is going to complain no matter what.
I really hope that’s a joke .
2D Sonic gameplay formula doesn't translate too well in 3D.
Samefag
Fans make it work, even 3d gameplay. Its sega and sonic team thats incompetent
Do memers only have 1 braincell between them all?
There are 2 versions of generations dumbass. Did you not see the console version in S?
3DS Generations sucks though

Every time. People who post something like this have a grammatical error.
You had one job.
Play fan games you stupid nigger.
>it isn't
>Posts tier list
Stupid retard.
>tfw Brotherhood was my first RPG
>tfw I loved that shit
>Shuffle, TSR, & Rivals series that high
>Generations 3DS,a middling and short but completely playable game, below trash like 06/Chronicles/Free Riders/Sky Patrol/Secret Rings
>Black Knight that low
Otherwise not bad
Because Sonic was never good to begin with.
Eggman calls Tails by his last name and I like that.
A lot of Sonic characters should've been referring to Tails with his real name.
Because having a game where speed is the emphasis but you also have to platform and do tricks is inherently contradictory and makes for bad gameplay.
They require time, effort, and money.
SEGA isn't willing to give them any of those.
What if they did the Mania thing again, but with a different studio that would do something different instead of a Mania's polished Classic formula. It could even be a Streets of Rage 4 situation where they give the team the license and then leave literally everything else to the devs, including publishing; I guarantee that would lead to a better-received game than anything Sonic Team could do these days with much less investment from SEGA.
Grab the dude that made Spark The Electric Jester after he's done with Spark 3. That dude knows what he's doing.
It disappointments me that SEGA All-Stars Racing is always forgotten or ignored over Transformed. It objectively has far better track design than Transformed. I fucking hate how the Mac version ins the only PC version with online.
Mania was rushed a s fuck too. It had less than a year of development time.
Because SEGA is filled with elderly Japanese businessmen that cause so much in fighting over "firuthy gaijins", that the company was bought by Sammy, a pachinko company.

>Shuffle
Only real issue is that the AI is completely busted, with friends it's perfectly fine - better than the later Mario Party entries, even. Not a good game, but not really bad either.
>TSR
You might be right, I might need to shift it down, looking back. Not really any reason to play it over Transformed, considering TSR isn't even that Sonic-heavy.
>Rivals
They aren't bad on their face, just different. I don't consider different to be bad, usually.
>Generations 3DS
I put it below anything else because some insane autist got extremely angry at me putting it next to Sonic 4, and so I moved everything else up a tier just to spite him. In short, I don't like level layouts lifted directly from the Genesis games, I don't like the music, I don't like classic Sonic getting the homing attack and his stages being designed around it. I think it's inferior to all other handheld games, even the Game Gear games.
S&SASR has a better roster, too, but it isn't especially bad. Would have been cool if we got a Transformed Redux with the ASR tracks and characters added.
RIDERS BROS RISE UP
>but it isn't especially bad.
I meant to say that S&SASR is still playable, as long as you can put up with the balance issues it has. Diverse all-star moves are cool but some of them are better than others for sure.
They haven't realized that Sonic is destined to be a hack n' slash franchise yet.
Well, they did. They just put 5 minutes of dev time into Boom.
Unleashed fucked up by splitting up fast-paced Boost platforming and 3D Beat-em-up combat into separate levels. Black Knight actually combined them in a pretty solid way but fucked up with the loose waggle combat controls; a real shame.
