It's funny. I recently played this game for the first time via emulation, since I never owned it as a kid. I actually found it more faithful to the spirit of the original games than anything past 8, which just goes to show you how integral Hudson was to the consistent quality of the Mario Party installments

Played this a good amount as a kid, mostly the mini-games over and over. I loved it, but I honestly don't have that same attachment to any of the other Party games I've played, even as a kid.
