Did you even watch the video? It's only 60 because he patched it using stuff from DaS3. Bloodborne without a patch, real or fan made, is locked 60 due to physics tied to framerate, and will remain locked 30 on ps5. This isn't rocket science.

Lances patch is code FROM DAS3, he is using on bloodborne. FROM needs to be incentivized to make a patch similar to that. I just completed the PS4 version. I'll be trading in my PS4 and the 2 games I have for it for a Switch this week. I got the PS4 at an arcade so it's all good.

The patch already exists, the only barrier is applying it on a real PS5. The game is already 60FPS (if not stable) on PS4 Pro. Whether From or Sony does anything is irrelevant, it'll only make playing at 60 more convenient.

Sony cannot patch Fromsoft's game retard, they have to ask From to patch their game and From has to test and apply the patch
