MoP was unironically the best expansion, rivaled only maybe by Wrath. MoP had hands down the best class design and balance (more fun to play character), some of the best lore, one of the best main villains, great zones, phenomenal solo experience, and SoO and ToT were some of the best raids ever made. Only expansion to have a new race AND a new class, besides Legion (sorta). It introduced tons of quality of life changes like AOE looting. It also had remakes some of the best classic dungeons and it introduced the time trial modes. Also brawlers guild.
The beta has been out for months. People have seen the game and it looks good.

This is the first expac ever in which i come back to the game and uninstall after finishing the first zone (bastion).
This isn't warcraft. The writing isn't there. Get Metzen back into the saddle and kick to the curb whoever is writing this shit, yesterday.
Guess i'll come back in 6 months to see if it's worth coming back at all. If this is the direction the game is gonna take going forward, i may as well be playing korean mmos.
