It's like Cyberpunk but better.

It's okay I guess

Get it

*worse

It's ok. It's not like, a game, in a certain sense. Like there's an overarching story but honestly most of it is about dicking around in Prague and throwing shit around while you solve scooby-doo mysteries. It's more like a highly competent Human Revolution custom map than an actual game. People are just hyping it up again cuz it's better than nothing in the wake of 2077 being a disappointment.

Just download it and give it a try if you want. Game's been released on everything and is DRM-free now. Just make sure it's not the Linux version, as Feral Interactive forgot to make their version run on Vulkan, so you'd actually need to force it to use the Windows version run through DXVK for decent performance.

If you want to play stealth cyberpunk, play this instead. It's like they actually thought about the game for a minute before designing shit. Cyberpunk takes the approach of: "Players don't really want to stealth, so just make every mission infinitely easier if you just shoot everyone"

Its really nice, a lot of people playing deus ex because of cyberpunk right now.

Average as hell. Only retards are hyping it up because of cyberpunk

It's pretty good, but short.

its pretty good but does it include DLCs?

Meh

I read that the dlc was better than the base game. Is this true? I might shill the 15 bucks for the season pass if true

gameplay is all-around improvement on human revolution, level design is highly kino. side quests are good. game looks good. underrated

a criminal past is quite good but i wouldnt say its significantly different than the base game

hahaha

Yes but ending is horrid.

It's okay. I prefer Human Revolution.

Aka every arena/level has human sized vents you use to sneak. Dx was fun but very short and linear compared to cyberpunk.

I hate the battery decay thing, just let me activate smart vision for free

Listen to me OP. These other posters are faggots. Mankind Divided is a masterpiece despite having major issues. It ends VERY abruptly. It has a totally out-of-place shoehorned multiplayer mode with microtransactions, but nobody ever plays it, and you can safely just ignore it entirely.

But the rest of the game is fucking quality. Every nook and cranny has something to discover. The maps aren't huge but they are more detailed than ANY other game in existence. There are multiple hidden/optional side-storylines ranging from minor stories told via visual clues and hidden notes, to full storylines like infiltrating a literally-underground cult. Virtually every problem you run into can be solved in many different ways. Early on in the game you will come across an extortion checkpoint and there's a good half-dozen ways you can actually resolve it; this sets the tone for the rest of the game which stays fairly consistent in its depth. The augmentations and the weapons feel great, and the environments are fantastic.

If you just follow the main storyline as fast as possible it is a mediocre game. If you play this game, take your time and look around. Explore all the areas. Do the side-quests. Because that's what the game excels at.

It's not like Cyberpunk but it is indeed objectively superior

This
Do take your time, DO explore (for literally hours on end) DO wander, you won't find everything possible on your first run
Wouldn't recommend trying to do no-kill for some time though, game definitely works better when shooting people is on the table since a lot of abilities kill people

Not really, it's a huge step down from HR but at least it's still better than Cyberpunk 2077.

This and if you enjoy the game a lot also try the perma-death mode once you finish the game once (definitely not on your first playthrough). It really adds to the tension of stealth sections, and also makes a number of augmentations actually worth taking that are otherwise fairly useless if you can save-scum.

I'm playing HR right now does MD improve on things? I feel like optimized to shit I get a lot of lag on normal settings and I have a pretty decent rig

Dangerously based. Seriously the game is great and it's only real flaw is how randomly it ends.

No it isnt. Whats with this revisionism this week pretending that HR and MD were anything past mediocre or OK at best.

I honestly enjoyed it just as much as Human Revolution, I don't know why it got so much flak.

While they are definitely better than that, even if they were just mediocre or OK they would be beyond Cyberpunk

Inferior to Human Revolution in every way

HR+MD is just as good as the original
and I'm tired of pretending it's not
