Fix the NPC's and NPC behavior.

Then fix the various visual bugs

Then fix the driving bugs.

Then fix the problems with the UI like the terrible inventory system, lack of hotkeys, etc.

Then add things to the game that should have been added on release such as the lack of hairdressers.

Then overhaul the finer details of the environments and add proc gen interiors to the buildings so there aren't so many impassable doors and alleys that go nowhere.

After all that, the game will be absolutely fantastic
