Why the fuck the lasguns have recoil? That's fucking retarded

You'll sing another tune when they give her a repentia gearset. Nothing but purity seals and a huge fucking EVISCERATOR.

The one on the left is a sister of battle, right?
It would be sorta weird if she wasn't a woman.

They said we haven't seen the rest of the characters right?
>How many do you think there are total?
>Hopes (AdMach, Inquisitor, Eldar, SMarine) ?
>Do you think it's possible having an all guardsman party?

they've already confirmed no space marines. Eldar would make no sense.

You can make a female Inquisitor in Warhammer 40k Martyr. What's the problem? Girls are hot. Girls with lasguns are even hotter.

No its a zealot. Sisters are way too overpowered for this, they are in power level equal to speh marines and regular eldar troops.

No an expert, but don't inquisitors employ aliens when the shit just hit the fan (or you could come up with the same excuse as Vermintide) ?
>No SMarines
It's ok i guess, we have Space Hulk after all

>they are in power level equal to speh marines
Except they aren't. Neither in lore or the tabletop.

No AdMech, no buy.

a rank and file sister is hardly more dangerous than an ogryn

>sister of battle
Lol no

Pretty sure they confirmed that you make your own character.

I don't like Ogryns. They just look goofy.

Fantasy bros... we were too cocky...

Looks like a human colored shrek. Stupid

i just wanna play as a lad with a lasgun

Guardswomen have been around for ages

For real? Because having 5 characters like Vermintide games, with their charisma would have been cool. But the shitty characters they showed at the trailer were unappealing.
So I would take making your own character & team.

I will play as that ugly fucking chink priest just because I like hammers and she seems to be batshit crazy zealot which is cool.

>can't play as skiitari
dropped

HELP ME BEN SHAPIRO

what would it be doing in the service of an inquisitor?

For me, it's the ogryn.

Boring

It'll probably never happen, but I'd love if they added a blood axe Ork merc.

who cares

we had female IG in games as far back as Space Marine

Inquisitors can recruit anyone from the Imperium into their retinue. Some even have xenos.

ah I see, your definition of 40k is faceless super soldiers

This. A techpriest is a must. Maybe a skitarii profession for the Kasrkin, or whoever that guy in the helmet is. Assuming we get classes like in vermintide 2

>xenos
How does that work if they have to eradicate those as primary objective?

Because its a video game user. It would feel like shit to use if it had zero feedback when shooting.

maybe there is some heat that needs to turn into kinetic energy or else the gun wil explode

The problem is not that you have to play as a woman. The problem is she's fucking ugly.

No Xenos, they wouldn't fit
No Space Marines, too big and overpowered
Commissar, Tech Priest, Inquisitor, maybe some kind of Assassin would be likely.
Hoping the Guardsman character gets classes based on the different regiments i.e. Catachan, Karskin, Krieg, etc.

Whole setting is Total Suspension of Disbelief 40K and you bitch about lasers with recoil.

You do know that photons have momentum?

>Catachan

Inquisitors have vast leeway in how they approach their chosen discipline. Malleus Inquisitors are perfectly willing to work with the more reasonable xenos (or even the more unreasonably depending on how radical they are) if it means they'll be better at fighting Chaos.

If it was going for the same vibe as Vermintide I would fully expect to be seeing at least one proper xenos (Blood Axe or a Kroot being the easiest to shoehorn in as mercs). Instead it looks like it's being played very straight. Not really a good or bad thing, but it does mean we won't be getting lighthearted shit like:

>Inquisitor has spent the whole game in the hub area hunched over a map, sending you out to do the legwork and generally being sassy
>Final level
>Throughout the course of the level, you catch glimpses of the Inquisitor having an epic running battle with his nemesis in the background
>"There he goes again, hogging all the glory..."
>He dives in at the end to steal the final boss kill

no, my definition of 40k is emotionless murder robots and hungry hungry hippos. i don't give a shit about lore outside of the books, the video games should prioritise being fun over following the lore.

The Imperium actually allows some xenos (the ones not giving them shit) to live on their planets (as 2nd class citizens of course), and there are instances in which humans allied with xenos to fight a bigger threat

I didn't play vermintide for long and the poor explanation of the game mechanics is a big part of the reason why

gas inside and in front of the barrel gets superheated, causing it to expand in volume and kicking the gun back

that means you don't care about the lore

Radidal inquisitors answer only to other inquisitors and tend to go insane as time goes on. If say an ordo hereticus inquisitor hunting a witch coven meets an eldar seer doing the same theres a small chance theyd cooperate out of perceived necessity. These are super rare but 40k stories are always highlighting the rare things

Are we playing random weaklings in this?
I don't know anything about the 40k lore but I was expecting a space marine or something at least

yes, i don't care about the lore outside of the books and tt

Hmm, you think Scout Marines are too OP for this game? Also
>Hoping the Guardsman character gets classes based on the different regiments i.e. Catachan, Karskin, Krieg, etc.

I see, thanks.
