>have been chronically undereating or randomly fasting, have some moderate health issues
>Start eating more
>get extremely fatigued whenever i have a meal, days are spent in malaise
>get fat
>lose 99% libido
It's been 4 months
What the fuck do I do
Have been chronically undereating or randomly fasting, have some moderate health issues
Stop being a faggot. You already know what to do. Just do it right.
>I have the answers. Look at me!
eat less, fast more
If you eat, do it after exercise when your body can pull in the nutrients without raising insulin
if having a meal knocks you out like that it means you really didn't need that meal
learn what glycemic index and glycemic load are, act accordingly
So if I get knocked out after not eating for 24 hours and shaking like a leaf, the solution is to fast more?
Fasting gets easier the longer you do it. So, yes assuming you don't have type one diabetes.
I fasted for 48 hours last summer, I felt like shit. I really doubt fasting is the solution to my problems, my problems started around when I started fasting
>>have been chronically undereating or randomly fasting, have some moderate health issues
>>Start eating more
>>get extremely fatigued whenever i have a meal
Same
>get fat
how the fuck
this is my life and I started keto last week because
seemed like the only possibility
Because it's been 4 months
It's not that bad but I crossed the embarrassing threshold
