I take zyrtec, but nothing fucking helps. I have year round allergies and I've just accepted it. Constant itchy eyes, constant post nasal drippage, constant sniffing/sneezing. It's year round but gets amplified in the spring/summer.

Pollen allergy is the thinking mans allergy

Hay fever? More like gay fever!

Ha!

Fucking got em XD

Fexofenadine + Cetirizine to supplement.
Avamys and Xylometazoline (Sudafed for mutts) for sinus irritation.

Have you tried getting a hayfever jab op?

The past week was hell for me. I haven't even tried meds until now, going to the doc next week.

no. no over the counter supps either.

It's called Kenalog here and I get it done privately every year, costs me 150 britbux a jab but it lets me experience no allergies for a few months.

Fexo is prescription only and not OTC, pilots use it because it doesn't cause drowsiness like other antihistamines do.

Just pills don't do it for me, they only reduce symptoms by like 50%,granted hay fever completely kills me compared to most others, I need to take eye drops and nose spray too

what the deal with 100s of differents antihistamines. you don't know which one to take.
seems worthless if you are already fatigued and you get drowsy ontop of taking it too. whats the point.
I don't even have that bad symptoms except the cold and the crazy fatigue it brought before

>nothing in eyes
>just a bit runny nose and sneezing
it's the fatigue and cold symptoms idk about
