No, it will develop your biceps and back. That alone could be enough to impress some normies.
If you did 3-5 sets to failure of pullups, pushups, and bodyweight squats every other day with a 30+ minute brisk walk twice a week you’d probably be kinda fit by most people’s standards.
>bodyweight squats to failure
That's like an hour of literally nothing but squats, dude.
I always curl my body on this exercise. How can I pull with my back?
If you squat to failure enjoy the next week if not being able to work a non sitting job without extreme pain.
If you have anything in life to do I would not squat to failure 3 times in a day, your going to get fired for being worthless
I’ve been doing 5-6 sets of 10 pull ups, dips and then an hour of brisk walking almost every day for the past few weeks. I’ve bulked up but it’s just size, no real definition. It does put a lot of strain on the joints, I can feel my body hurting. Some days I end up falling asleep all afternoon from just needing a full rest recovery. I’m in my 30s so a younger body probably will need rest recovery
not if you go max atg
