You could eat McDonald's literally every day and still make gains/be cut/whatever.

Preservatives aren't harmful. Might seem unnatural but it's harmless.

I get pickling,salting and smoking but you can't tell me sprinkling magic powder in my bread and and running beef through chlorine is healthy for me

It's fine, maybe stop getting shakes and mcflurries if you start getiing too fat. If your diet is good, that 1 meal a week won't do much harm.
